Dell'italia
&
Santola
A small consultancy of two partners on Central Avenue, Orange, New Jersey — offering business formation, contract counsel, estate planning, and the uncommercial advice that follows from listening carefully.
The Practice
- I.
Business Formation
LLCs, S-corps, partnerships. Operating agreements drafted to your situation, not pulled from a template library.
- II.
Commercial Contracts
Vendor agreements, leases, NDAs. Review before you sign. Drafting where the standard form doesn't fit.
- III.
Estate Planning
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney. The conversations no one wants to have, made bearable.
- IV.
Small Litigation
Disputes under one hundred thousand, defended or pursued. Often resolved before a courtroom.
- V.
Real Estate
Residential and small commercial closings. Title review, contract redlines, escrow oversight.
- VI.
Quiet Advice
The hours that don't fit a category. A call before a difficult letter. A second pair of eyes.
Method
The practice is small because the work demands it. Two partners. A handful of matters at a time. No machine to feed, no quarterly partner meeting that decides whether you matter this year. We have the luxury of saying no to matters we cannot serve well, and we exercise it.
Every engagement begins with an hour of listening — unbilled. Most problems are smaller than they first appear, and a few are larger. We tell you which is which before any meter starts.
We bill in the manner that fits the matter: flat fee where the work is bounded, hourly where it is not, and never both at once. We send invoices monthly, itemized to the quarter-hour, with a one-line description of what was done. You will never receive a surprise.
